Simple Wills

A Simple Will generally is suited best for those persons who desire to leave their entire probate estate to the surviving spouse, their children or other loved ones in equal shares, outright and free of trust.  A simple will also can direct gifts of certain assets to specific beneficiaries and incorporate simple standby trusts to hold property for a beneficiary who has not reached a specified age at the time of distribution. A simple will is not suited for someone who desires to transfer property to beneficiaries in trust or where tax planning is or should be a consideration.
